Generally next morning we will notify you via email of your completed images, around 9-11 am. This email will contain a Dropbox link, this link will allow you to view images on the cloud on any device, and you can download images whenever you want. We will keep the images up there for at least 6 months.

At the moment, our smallest package is $120, as this takes into account travel times, editing time, and overhead costs.

Generally no, as we have already targeted ourselves to be extremely competitive in terms of quality, consistency, talent, and all that at such an aggressively low rate. There are exceptions if you think you're part of exceptions, please contact us.

We at Virtual Lens do our best to portray the property to the best of our ability, however, we will never misrepresent a property, and we have various methods to get the most accurate colours & scaling of images. However, there will always be a small amount of human error.

Licensing with our images works in the way, you’re allowed to use images however you want for the listing, as long as it’s only promoting that specific listing, and not any business or other commercial beneficial projects that the images were not intended for. Any future listings are not allowed to reuse images without our permission. Virtual Lens allows the use of images for personal use. (example memories)

We will send invoices at the end of every week, typically on Saturday nights. Invoices have a net of 14 days and we accept Card, and Bank Transfers. Please include invoice number, otherwise, we don’t know what invoice has been paid.
